One of the oldest business verticals within COAT, retail and distribution of mobile devices have been a flagship activity for the Division for the last several decades. Currently, COAT is the distributor in Oman for:

• mobile phones from Nokia. The brand continues to have tremendous popularity and its products are sought after by a large segment of consumers who value both the brand and the products for the reliability, durability and value-for-money provided. In Oman, the Nokia name is synonymous with MHD, and the large network of dealers and retailers, across the country, serviced by COAT is testimony to the strength of distribution brought to the table by COAT.
• mobile devices from Huawei, consisting of mobile phones, tabs and smart watches. Although a recent association, the partnership has enabled Huawei to emerge as a strong and leading player, with a large share, in the mobile devices market in Oman, due to the distribution capabilities of COAT.
